Patient Ombudsman
The role of the patient ombudsman is to advise and inform patients about their rights and, if necessary, to assist them in making a complaint, reminder, complaint or claim for compensation. The patient ombudsman also guides and advises the company and the company's employee in dealing with an allegation of harm, if necessary.
