Booking and cancellation conditions for accommodation and programme services
We hope that your stay with us will be memorable and as pleasant as possible. That's why we're giving you a few things to know.
Kotatuli is a small local family business, run by family and friends together. Our values include nature and the well-being of people and animals. Our family also includes dogs and horses, so unfortunately the accommodation is not suitable for people with animal allergies.
Payment
The total price of accommodation and programme services is payable at the time of booking.
The payment intermediary is the internationally widely used, reliable and easy Stripe. When you pay with credit card payments offered by Stripe, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and a separate payment confirmation directly from Stripe.
Cancellations and changes
For bookings cancelled 14 days before check-in, 100% of the booking price will be refunded. No refunds for bookings cancelled after this date
General information on accommodation
For your collective enjoyment, the common areas of the guest house are quiet from 22.00-07.00. However, if you would like to stay out later in the evening, a hut in the garden is available for our guests 24 hours a day.
Check-in is usually between 15-21 and check-out between 8-12. If you wish to request a different time, please contact us in good time. As a rule, we are very flexible, but it's nice to know well in advance about guests' schedules so that we can plan the day's work and activities to suit everyone.
The price includes breakfast, free parking, breakfast in the main house, and bed linen and towels. Possibility to buy catering services, and to prepare your own food in your cottage and home. You can also use the beach sauna for an agreed fee of 20€ for heating.
We hope that if you smoke, you will do so in the smoking area located on the terrace to the right of the door, as seen from the front door.
Our farm and our family members may be photographed, we hope you will mention us when you publish your photos. Of course, you can't photograph people without permission.
Damages
The person booking the accommodation is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents. The customer is obliged to immediately report any damage caused to the Kotatule staff in order to prevent any further damage.
Insurance
We recommend that our customers take out travel insurance, as Kotatule is not obliged to accept cancellations without incurring cancellation charges, e.g. on the basis of a medical certificate or similar.
force majeure
Kotatule has the right to cancel a reservation for compelling reasons. due to force majeure (we cannot provide the services we have promised, e.g. due to fire, water damage, natural disaster, state of war or emergency, etc., which impedes Home Fire's ability to operate).
Complaints
Any comments or complaints about the equipment and condition of the accommodation should be addressed directly to Kotatule staff as soon as they arise and during the holiday.
Other conditions
Kotatuli is not responsible for incorrect display in different browsers, printing errors in the brochure or changes made after printing.
